Soeben haben Drauggard zugesagt und somit können wir von nun an mit folgender playlist trumpfen:

  Die im Jahr 2009 über Nocturnal Empire erschienene und ausverkaufte Demo "Of Human Misery" heimste bereits durchweg positive Kritiken ein.
  
  Nun legen die Hagener Mannen von KRYPTA noch 2, 3 Schüppen drauf. Durch Besetzungswechsel sind neue vielseitige und besonders druckvolle Songs entstanden, die nun wieder verstärkt der Öffentlichkeit präsentiert werden sollen.
  
  Zwei Sänger, eingängige Melodien und Blast-Aggressionen wechseln sich mit tödlich groovigen Parts ab, die nur dazu einladen, die Kopfbehaarung zu bewegen!

  Das in 2009 releaste Album "Tales of Violence" lässt keine Zweifel offen - Spirits of Darkness klingen nach gutem alten Blackmetal und dürfen somit auch nicht auf dem diesjährigen BIFROST fehlen.

  Fast ein Jahr nach ihrem letzten Release "Gram und gleißende Wut" melden sich die Bochumer Wrack zurück. Wrack überzeugt mit melodischen, bis ins kleinste Detail, durchdachten Musikstrukturen im Dienste dieser schönen düsteren und metalischen Kunst.

  "In die Abgründe", Insigniums letzes Album, setze bereits 2005 neue Maßstäbe in Sachen Härte und Düsterheit. Auf der Bühne sollen sie besonders gut sein.

  Hyems vereinen bösartigen, pfeilschnellen Black-Metal mit tonnenschwerem Death-Metal, lassen sich aber keineswegs durch Genres begrenzen. Es regieren Blast-Beats und Double-Bass-Attacken im Hochgeschwindigkeitsbereich, welche aber immer wieder mit groovigen und schleppenden Parts aufgelockert werden. Die dadurch entstehende bedrohliche und aggressive Mischung wird durch harte deutsche vocals ergänzt.

  Formed in 2003 DRAUGGARD ("Domain of the Undead" in ancient Icelandic) appeared to be the first band of local Nizhniy Novgorod metal scene to perform raw, fast and evil black metal with some Immortal influences. Even then their shows had a controversial feedback from the audience: DRAUGGARD were either loved or hated and no indifference as to their music took place. Through several releases crowned by "Baldr's Dreams" single and "Nidgedichte" EP consequently released by Swedish label Undead Propaganda DRAUGGARD have gained the cult status among local Russian black metal fans. In 2008 DRAUGGARD took part in WACKEN ROAD SHOW in Kiev (UA) and Moscow (RU) sharing the stage with OVERKILL (US), ENSLAVED (NOR), SAMAEL (CHE), DEVILISH IMPRESSIONS (POL) and TRISTANIA (NOR). Soon after, several tours followed including with CONTRADICTION (GER), NECRONOMICON (GER), NUCLEAR WARFARE (GER) and EPISODE 13 (TUR) not to mention few shows with OMNIUM GATHERUM (FIN) when DRAUGGARD have ultimately had performed in almost each more or less big city of the central Russia as well as in Ukraine supporting ONSLAUGHT (UK). In addition, during their career DRAUGGARD opened for MARDUK (SWE), BELPHEGOR (AUT), ROTTING CHRIST (GRC), RAGNAROK (NOR), ASSASSIN (GER), CATAMENIA (FIN), PANTHEON I (NOR) and many others. In spring 2010 Tomasz "Nefastus" Janiszewski of mighty BELPHEGOR (AUT) joined DRAUGGARD to record all drum parts for the upcoming full-length album. Recording took place at STAGE ONE STUDIO (Germany). The album is expected to be released in the first half of 2011. At present DRAUGGARD are recognized among the leading Russian underground metal bands. The band tours and headlines the local concerts on the regular basis.

  Obscurity celebrate their music with blood, sweat and honest toil. The band's commitment has made them a nationally and internationally established and demanded act. Neither Obscurity's potential nor their will are yet exhausted, though. The merciless raid continues! Since the people in the Bergisches Land are a pugnacious bunch it was already in 2009 that Obscurity began working hard on new songs again. Then in May 2010 the upcoming album "Tenkterra" is forged. Professional recordings at 4CN-Studios in Wuppertal in the heart of the Bergisches Land spawn an album that exceeds all the band's expectations. Once more produced by fellow combatant Bony and fine-tuned by Jacob Bredahl's (ex-Hatesphere / Dead Rat Studio) mix and mastering "Tenkterra" marks a resolute continuation of Obscurity's course. With this album the band manages one more time to combine the musical skills of all previous records peaking in a true masterpiece and to take heaviness and sound quality to an even higher level. On top of that the band takes the plunge working out "Tenkterra" as a concept album. "Tenkterra" is the previous album's equal in every possible way. That's what the band vouches for!
